What we collect about you

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and, if you subscribe to a paid tier, billing details handled by our payment processor. If you write to us we keep the correspondence. We use standard server logs and minimal analytics to keep the site working; we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Our own first-party analytics sets a single cookie (swa_v) containing a random identifier so we can count returning visitors and understand how people find us. It carries no personal information, is never shared with third parties, and page-view records tied to it are deleted after 180 days (IP addresses after 30 days). On our marketing pages we may also use advertising tags such as Google Analytics; these are never loaded inside the client portal.

The business data in the product

The signals we deliver are built from public government records: business license files, permit files, and similar sources published by local jurisdictions. Every delivered item cites its source record. This is information about businesses, not consumer profiles, and we do not enrich it with purchased personal data about individuals.

Your rights over your business record

If your business appears in our data, you can see your record for free, request a correction, or opt out of being surfaced to subscribers entirely. Email support@swcrmpartners.com with the business name and address.

Email

The free tier is delivered by email. Every message includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from the weekly email does not delete your account unless you ask us to.

Retention and security

Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted on request. Access to production systems is limited to people who operate the service, and traffic to the site is encrypted in transit.
