A CRM with the Las Vegas market already in it

Most CRMs arrive empty and wait for you to fill them. We built one that arrives knowing the valley: the businesses, the addresses, and what changed this week.

SW CRM Partners is a Las Vegas company, and SWCRM is our product: a CRM for small businesses that sell to other small businesses in the valley. What makes it different is what is inside on day one. Instead of an empty contact list, it comes loaded with the valley's business community, built from public records like the city's business files, and it stays current as those records change.

Business intelligence, built in

Big companies pay analysts to watch the market for them. That is all business intelligence really is: someone reading the data and telling you what changed. We built that layer into the CRM. It watches public sources across Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, and the rest of the valley, and turns what it finds into a short weekly list of businesses with a fresh, checkable reason to hear from you.

Fresh lead data, not a lead list

A purchased list is a snapshot, and it starts aging the day someone exports it. Fresh lead data has a date on it: a business opened last week, a license renews next month, a permit was filed on Tuesday. Every row in SWCRM names the public record it came from, so you can check the reason before you call. We wrote more about the difference in our note on stale lists.

Built for the valley, on purpose

We only do the Las Vegas Valley. Reading one market well is the whole product: knowing that Henderson keeps its own files, that North Las Vegas is not Las Vegas, and that a renewal date means an owner is paying attention. If you sell here, your market is already in the CRM.

The first ten signals are free, every week, no credit card. The paid CRM is there when you want the full picture.
